I take back what I've said. Hehehe!

Last month, the company issued a memo that we are also to support Home Networking in addition to the usual technical calls we've been handling. During its first few days of effectivity, we cussed and grumbled about the mere thought of taking in calls knowing that we, too, would not be able to help these poor little souls - lost in their quest for setting up a wireless connection. It's like a blind person leading another blind person.

Good thing the management is considerate enough. Handle-time limits were increased. We usually target 15 minutes for issue resolution but with Home Networking, we can go up to 3 hours with no guarantee that the problem would be resolved. I asked Paopei for help and more info , my wavemate. i consider her as a great techie guru. She even constructed a walkthrough site for us. With that info, we were able to take tech support to the next level. Hehehe!

Customer called today to address the ff issue:

1. Sales Representative has assured him that he'll be getting the same email address like that from his previous email account.

Customer later found out that the username has already been taken and would be available after six months. Customer settled for the same user adding a number to it. Went an extra mile for him by composing an email and sent it to his contacts.

2. Customer was promised that he'll get the complete package with everything on it for this price.

Customer found out that it was not the price he was expecting. Worse, cost does not include the whole package.

For the past 5 years of my employed life, I didnt care about my health and figure. I was overweight, but still I managed to look good. I just didnt mind the calorie content of the food Im eating. As long as it tastes good, I shoved it in my mouth and ate it with no regrets.

It was not until last December when I noticed something when I looked at the mirror.The reflection i saw was hideous! The figure was not obese (thank God!); I can compare it to man who swallowed an enormous, organically-grown, fertilizer-pumped watermelon. Then I realized that its about time that I have to address this issue once and for all.

The idea of getting in shape quickly emerged from the ashes of futile attempts of dieting and weight reduction. It coursed through my mind, creating ripples like pebbles thrown on a lake. And so it did.

I look forward everyday to reach my goal and I'm determined to accomplish it... and behold... the new me.

I just signed my regularization papers today and got a raise. :D Hehehe! All those months of work and sacrifices made finally paid off. I said sacrifices, because it includes not being with my special one most of the time; not being with my friends and hang out with them; miss important dates; going out to report for work when almost all the people I pass by are heading home for a night's rest.

I'd like to thank TL Jenny for believing in my skils and abilities; my friends/ wavemates for keeping my spirits up - we know how hard we worked for this. My trainor, IAN, thank you for showing us the way - to the door?!? Hehehe! You've been a major influence in our wave. Salutations!

All my remaining wavemates signed their regualrization papers. They got 8% increase. I wonder what mine would be? My TL is not yet around.

I have a feeling that I'll be signing those papers today, too.
