I slept for 8 hours for the first time... again. 9PM is my preferred shift as it has been that way for more that a year in my previous job. I know something good is in store for me within the year.

Last day for the upgrade training. I guess this would really help me as I gained new knowledge on correct troubleshooting. Cant wait to get my hands on that phone. Hehehehe

No calls for me today and tomorrow. Good news is I'm paid overtime and with diff night, well, for today only as I was able to attend my shift for today.

Nothing cool happened... ah yes. The furnitures were delivered and I'm having a hard time figuring out the best arrangements... damn!

Had 6 hours of sleep today, the first in three months of my employed life. Maybe that damn call I got is just what I need to reset my circadian rhythm. Well, actually, there were 25 calls on queue so we were all busy yesterday.

I hope the new schedule would be to my advantage because I really need a break. I barely even have the time to watch TV (have no cable nor antenna at home, (pathetic hehehehe!)

"Ymon, why do you always come in early?" one of my team mates would ask me. I just want to catch the last trip for MRT. My shift usually starts about 1AM up until 3AM. I wish they could give me shifts which start about 4PM, the latest being 10PM coz I notice I only have 3-5 hours of night differential if we're to refer to my current schedule. It's basically the same arrangement.

I miss my old place in Forest Hills.

Hintayan pa talaga nun... Mini-stop pa rin ako though medyo malayo na dito ang ministop galleria and there has been a mugging incident sa may poveda so we're quite reluctant to go near that area especially during the wee hours.

Three days to go before I end my 8-day struggle here at operations. Not that I'm resigning nor searching for greener pasteur, it's just that I really hate my current schedule. Working 8 days straight without any day-off, what the f*ck! :x: :evil:

Just had 3 to 4 hours of sleep today. I think it's with my room; though the temperature was just right and it was not hot as it was drizzling that afternoon.

Still waiting for the new furnitures to be delivered. I'm excited. :wink:

Gosh! Just had 3 hours of sleep today. I think it's with my room. It doesn't have an exhaust fan but it has screened windows - it got hot early this afternoon so I always woke up from time to time. Strange though as I should be sweating all over and messed my bed but I'm still all dry. I tried to go to sleep but I could no longer bear the heat so I got up and took a quick shower. After that, I tried to fix the living / kitchen / dinning area (which I find challenging despite it's dimensions as it is all merged) to make room for the furnitures we bought the other day.

Hmmm... what if I postpone my plan of buying that cool fone and focus on getting an AC unit? My room is not that big so I guess buying a .5 Hp or even .75 Hp AC would do the trick.

Tough decision :roll:. I really hate making decisions especially if the choices are all good. Bottom line here is learn to prioritize and maximize.

I was with my special someone early this afternoon. We bought a "love seat" hehehe (I guess it is a seat where we could make love?! DUH!!!) and an entertainment center where I could keep my endless collection of videoke CDs.

When I got home, i barely had enough time to sleep as I need to fix the place before Wednesday (I was informed of the date of the delivery).

I don't want to go droopy eyes later when my shift comes. Coffee overload again :shock:

Does it sound like a French word to you? Actually it's a Filipino term for doing nothing... well that is, if you are in a call center environment. Aux stands for the mode on the phone you are using and Petiques (PETIKS) means simply doing nothing.

Whew! Just moved in to my new unit. I just can't imagine how I was able to move all my stuffs. Damn! Am I good or what? Hehehe! It sure took me 4 hours to get everything out and crammed them into my pad. :twisted:

My folks here told me that there was a quake. I didnt feel it as I was on the road in a cab. Oh well, at least I was still outside the building when that happened or I might have panicked. I remember the quake which hit Manila back in 1990, I was a freshman then. The country was really devastated.

Was thinking about buying a new phone. I checked SMART's webpage and they are offering Nokia 8210 and 8250 at a price of a regular prepaid cellfone kit. These two units are really small, fits the palm of your hand, very discreet. Hmmm, looks tempting. I was also thinking about buying that Nokia 3660 as it has all the features that I want in a cellfone. But its really bulky and eye-catching. Tough choice.

Just saw my new schedule... it sucks!!! It really sucks!!!

From 1:15AM to 10:15AM Thursday until Friday... next week :evil:
